March 15, 2018A big bowl of porridge can be such a comfort on a chilly morning! It's important to get plenty of protein and healthy fats at breakfast though so I like to boost mine with nuts, seeds and coconut to keep me feeling full and energised until lunchtime. November 13, 2017Here's a guest blog I wrote about the link between nutrition and anxiety for The Anxiety Lab. Freddie writes a fantastic blog for anxiety sufferer's, providing some much needed positive support and community. Give her blog a follow! May 14, 2017I LOVE basil pesto! There is something so deliciously satisfying about the mix of flavours and tastes. It is such a versatile item to have in your fridge too – it can be added to brown rice pasta or courgetti noodles for a satisfying main meal, used as a dip or spread onto oatcakes for a tasty snack, the list is endless.

My food philosophy and the inspiration behind Love Being Well
I have always loved food! During my own exploration of nutrition, I learned the joy of eating what nature has given us, and the art of creating vibrant, wholesome, balanced and delicious meals…. including healthy indulgent treats!
I believe eating should be a daily ritual to be relished and enjoyed, nourishing us to support every facet of our lives and our wellbeing. Little changes to your diet can have a profound impact to how healthy and energised you feel.
This is the backbone of my practice and what I aim to bring to all my clients. I’d like to help you on your own journey, so that you can reap the benefits of my individually tailored nutritional programs and Love Being Well.
